KP is a comprehensive product. The discount applies only to software products supplied as part of a comprehensive product, which means that the software product is used in conjunction with the services of partner organizations.
The cost of the Software Product is not subject to VAT due to tax exemptions as a participant in a project for research, development, and commercialization of their results in accordance with Federal Law No. 244-FZ of September 28, 2010, “On the Skolkovo Innovation Center.”
If the license fee implies payment for the duration of the robot's dialogue, per-second billing applies from the first second of the connection.
